BY USING THE ANIMAPP WEB SITE/APPLICATION (“SERVICE”), OR BY OTHERWISE GIVING US YOUR INFORMATION, YOU WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO THE PRACTICES AND POLICIES OUTLINED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE PRIVACY POLICY. YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO OUR COLLECTION, USE AND SHARING, DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFY, ADD OR DELETE PORTIONS OF THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION, AT ANY TIME.

INFORMATION COLLECTION

You may provide us information about you in the following ways:

  1. Opening the Customer Account and using AnimApp Services. If you decide to open a Customer Account on our Merchant Panel and use our Services and fill in a relevant form, we will ask you to provide certain information about you, depending on the scope of services you want us to provide. This may include: (i) username, (ii) password, (iii) email address, (iv) first and last name or company name (v) postal address, (vi) country and (vii) billing information such as billing address, credit card number and its expiration date, cardholder name. We may also ask Customers to provide other optional additional personal or business information such as (i) phone number, (ii) number of years in business, (iii) business description, (vi) gender, (vii) other company and personal details. We may receive such information also when you update or supplement such details in your Customer Account.

 

  1. Information provided by Merchants. When you purchase goods of services from a Merchant using a credit or debit card, or any other method of payment in connection with which we provide certain services for the benefit of the Merchant, you are required to provide that Merchant with certain cardholder data or account data in order to make the purchase, including your name and credit card number or account number. Our Merchants must transmit certain parts of this information to AnimApp for the purpose of transaction processing.

 

  1. Your questions. If you complete and submit a form on our Website, send us an email, a fax or contact us by email or telephone with the aim of obtaining information about our services or the company in general, AnimApp may store the inquiries and their contents.

 

INFORMATION STORAGE AND PROTECTION

We have implemented a wide range of measures in order to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data. These include physical, electronic and administrative safeguards such as firewalls, data encryption, SSL and other up-to-date technologies.

 

No security measures, however, are 100% complete. We do our best to protect your personal information but we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to our Website or Services. Therefore, if you make any data transmissions over the Internet, you are doing it at your own risk. Once we receive the data transmission, we make our best efforts to ensure its security and privacy on our systems.

If you as a Customer wish to buy goods or services offered on the website of a Merchant and pay for it with the use of the software rendered available to the Merchant under the AnimApp Services, we may be obliged to provide the Merchant with your credit card details in the scope necessary to process your payment. Please note that Merchants you buy from and contract with have their own privacy policies, and AnimApp is not responsible for their operations, including, but not limited to, their information practices.

 

We may disclose your information to service providers involved in operating our business. This includes payment providers, email service providers and professionals such as accountants and lawyers.



THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

 

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. ACCESS, CHANGE AND REMOVAL OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you want to terminate AnimApp Services rendered to you and stop using your account you may cancel it. If you cancel your account, it will be permanently closed. You may cancel your account by contacting us via: care@animapp.in

Deleted information will remain in backup copies for up to 90 days, but will not be available to others.If you terminate AnimApp Services rendered to you and cancel your account, you consent to our retention of the information we have already collected from you for record-keeping purposes only.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

We may change this Policy at any time, in particular as needed to comply with the rules and regulations of the various debit and credit card organizations, or to comply with applicable laws and regulations. If we decide to make changes to this Privacy Policy we will post a revised version on our Website or send Customers an email. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it on website or inform to the Customer. If a Customer uses the Services or accesses the website after a notice of changes has been sent to such Customer or published on the Website, such Customer hereby provides his/her/its consent to the changed terms.
